About the Success and Me Game™

Success means different things to different people.

There is no one, “right” way to be successful. Someone might say, “I just want to be successful”, but that concept of what “success” looks like, in practical terms, is often vague and fuzzy. Our ideas about what constitutes success are frequently muddied by the expectations of family, friends and society. When we are not clear on what we want and how we are defining “success”, it is difficult to stay inspired and go the distance to claim the full satisfaction that accompanies success.

The Success and Me Game™ is a lively and down-to-earth experience that helps participants get clear on what “success” looks like, on their own terms. The game engages participants in a deeply self-reflective yet playful facilitated group process that guides them to discover their personal success vision: one that illuminates, focuses and inspires their endeavors and enables them to live lives of purpose and fulfillment.

While playing the Success and Me Game™, players will articulate a personal vision of success. As a result, participants are then able to:

  • draw from an energetic and sustainable wellspring of motivation
  • realign priorities to reflect what’s most important
  • commit to their highest level of excellence
  • maximize opportunities at all stages of life
  • make pro-active decisions
  • develop leadership potential
  • strategically manage career development
  • identify risks worth taking

How does it work?

The Success and Me Game™ is played in groups of 6 to 12 players, guided by a trained Success Game Facilitator, and can be played in-person or via telephone. 

  • Each player has an individual Game deck.
  • Game play begins with 7 thought-provoking questions that probe deeply held beliefs and assumptions about success; responses are generated privately on Game deck response cards.
  • A lively and playful group role-playing process assists players in refining their responses and crafting their own personal success vision.
  • Game play takes approximately 3 hours and is normally conducted in one session.
  • The Game concludes by inviting players to identify “next steps”, practical decisions or actions that begin to integrate the Game’s insights into their lives.
  • After the Game, players have the option to join Nina Ham’s Success and Us Community to get continuing support as they work to implement their individual success vision. The first month’s membership is FREE with your Success and Me Game™ fee.
