about becoming a Facilitator
Before you make the decision to become a Success and Me Game™ Facilitator, you might have a few additional questions. Please read our FAQ to see if your question has already been addressed; then, if you have additional questions, contact Nina for more information.
Q: How do I become a Success and Me Game facilitator?
A: The only requirements are that you play the Game yourself and that you attend the two-hour Facilitators Training. We do recommend, though, that you have some experience working with groups.
Q: Why do I have to play the Game as part of receiving a Facilitator's license?
A: When you play the Game you get an in-depth personal experience, from the player's point of view, that is essential to successfully facilitating it for others.
Q: Since playing the Game is required, why isn't the cost of playing included in the Facilitator's license fee?
A: It is, if you register to play the Game and purchase the license at the same time. The cost for this option is $495 and saves you $99!
If you prefer to preview the Game before purchasing a Facilitator's License, a two-step purchase option is available. You pay $99 to play the Game at a time that is convenient, and if within 30 days you decide to purchase your Facilitator's license, you will receive a $50.00 credit toward the purchase price of the License. You pay just $445.
Q: What does the facilitator training consist of?
A: In addition to receiving a script for Game play instructions, you will get specific training on leading a process-oriented event, creating the optimal Game environment, and trouble-shooting difficulties. You will also get some guidelines for tailoring the introduction and "next step" phases of the Game to your market.
Q: Will I get complete instructions for presenting the Game?
A: Yes. Step-by-step instructions for presenting the Game in person or by phone are written out for you in scripted form in the Facilitator's Handbook.
Q: How will becoming a facilitator improve my earnings? How much can I charge?
A: The suggested pricing for the 3-hour Game presentation ranges from $59 to $99. Group size can be as high as 12. There is ample opportunity to create a follow-on program specifically for your Game graduates (such as your own Success and Us Community) or to funnel those people into services you already offer. There is also an affiliate program for referrals to Nina's Success and Us Community.
Q: Can I modify the Game to fit my market?
A: To protect the integrity of the Game, no modifications of the Game play instructions may be made. However, there is latitude, within the parameters of the Licensing Agreement, to design an introduction to the Game and modify the "next steps" portion to address the specific interests of your market.
Q: Will I be able to promote my Game offerings on the Success and Me website?
A: A brief profile for each Facilitator, including name, location, phone, email and web site address (if you have one) will be included on the main Game site. We do not list additional information on your services or on details of how you deliver the game, or your game schedule. Interested parties can contact you directly for additional information.
Q: How do I order additional Game decks?
A: They are available here. When you order 20 or more, the shopping cart will automatically calculate your 20% discount. It's advisable to allow a minimum of 7 business days for delivery.
